MERKUR Pressure Filters   Single sheet filters with a wide range of tasks. MERKUR pressure filters are single sheet filters with a filling space designed as a pressure vessel, suitable for the insertion of a filter element (sheet, cloth, composite metal screen). This filter can be used to separate and wash out solids from suspensions after precipitation or crystallization or reprocess precoat filter residues. Various processing steps such as extraction, filtration, washing out, dissolving, decolorisation can be performed in one unit. A wide range of options is available like double jacket, agitator, mobile chassis, measuring probes, gas impregnation and rising pipes, CIP/SIP units and different control systems.
